Working with First-Time Homebuyers is a treat. It gives me the privilege of explaining the process from start to finish with individuals who are eager to begin their homeownership dream. They are excited but timid, and I take pride in being their go-to mortgage professional. No question should be left unasked or unanswered. It isn’t the first-time buyers job to know the ins and outs of purchasing a home. It is mine, and my partner, Jacie’s job to ensure they have a smooth transition and to give them the tools necessary to confidently make their way to the closing table. An analogy I always give my clients is this, “I go to the doctor to ask advice on how to feel better." Why? Because I don’t know what illness I have or what medication I need to heal. I simply don’t have expertise in the medical profession. Clients come to me and Jacie because they need advice on how to purchase a home. It is NOT a client’s responsibility to know every answer or even the next steps. With gladness, I will walk you through each step in the process and do my best to keep the joy through this admirable journey you have chosen.
